Consultation Services

Besides our education services, we will offer consultancy services for potential clients. Mainly related to property developments, government policy comments and other consultancy tasks.

Our team members will work with other peers from think tanks and other foundations and companies to discuss the policy changes and leave comments on them, so that the investors of a certain project will maximize their profits espcially in Hong Kong and Greater Bay Area.

We work with our peers to provide news feed about Hong Kong and China property developers, connect them with potential buyers/sellers, collect information from local law firms, valuation firms and business hubs, explore chances for M&A, purchasement and other service

We collaborate with programmer from the Netherlands, developing Automatic Valuation Model for Chinese and Hong Kong market using Python
